I had my first major asthma attack tonight
I was boxing with some friends at the end of the hall (don’t ask) and about halfway through the match got short of breath. I kept fighting, just to finish. I was already tired to begin with and I really could not get enough air. then I started to see black spots and felt very dizzy, couldn’t stand up straight. I got a drink of water and lay down in bed.
