Why is language (as far as I know) written linearly when thinking is done by association?
I doubt running my own inspiration log helps me get any closer to what I want. Natch.

If you have a remix/mashup in your music library, who do you make the artist?
I give hood internet/girl talk/E603/etc. their own title with albums, but I have a lot of remixes floating around attributed to the original artist. I never know, especially if I have no other music by either of them (the original and the remixer).

I find it disappointing how standardized exams and the like have pushed much of school to mere meta-learning, or learning how to cheat the system.
Instead of just reading, doing some critical thinking, and light abstract math work, so many focus on test-taking strategies, maximizing retention, or tricks to eke out a few more points.
