I’ve been really busy. AP US History is alright but a lot of reading. AP Calc AB is fun but has really irregular homework (sometimes a half hour, sometimes 2 and a half hours…) which bothers me. AP Chem is almost no work at all… but then the tests kill me. My professor likes to wheedle every little exception to every rule out of me. English is alright, but a lot more daily work than I’m used to getting from english. I think I’ll try to take the AP English exam, just to see how I do. French is humming along as usual and drawing shouldn’t be as much work as it is but I really need it for portfolio development.
Oh, and then I’m also exercising not nearly as much as I should be, my social life is getting ripped to shreds, I have no time to read, no time to work on fun projects (except on weekends, and even then I should probably be working).
But I’m a huge hypocrite. I still check tumblr. I’m down to following 55 people. That means that I follow less people than follow me! Still, I could slim it down, maybe. I should cut out twitters (I follow them via tumblr interface). rands posts too often but it’s almost always interesting stuff. Huuurrghhh how much do I need/want? I use the internet mostly to relax, to twiddle in-between stuff (and occasionally it spirals into hours of dawdling, but I’m getting better at avoiding that). Hrumph. My RSS isn’t much of a load, but I really do wish rososo worked again. I spend maximum of 10 minutes a day on facebook, maybe 10 minutes on flickr in the morning, and 15 minutes or so on email in the morning and evening. I guess I don’t really need daytum but I think it’s harmless.
Yikes this got long and descended into ‘my internets’ again. Seems like that’s the only thing I talk about. Almost done with homework tonight… I’ll just read and sketch a bit during study hall. And I’ll go cut out people I follow on twitter.
